Questions about PRO League
How do I get into the PRO League?
To enter the PRO League you need 3 PRO points. Once a week the system reviews your trading results. If the criteria for the week are met, you get +1 point; if not, you lose one. So the fastest path into the PRO League is three successful weeks in a row, but that is not a fixed term — it all depends on the outcome of each review. The first two weeks without trades do not reduce your points. From the third week without trading on, one point is removed per week. Changing the API key selected for the leaderboard resets your accumulated PRO points to zero.
How is the PRO League different from Top Traders?
Top Traders is the main leaderboard, open to any TMM user who has enabled participation. PRO League is a separate leaderboard for traders who have earned 3 PRO points. After moving up to the PRO League, a trader competes in the PRO ranking. If they lose PRO status, they return to Top Traders.
Can I drop out of the PRO League?
Yes. You enter the PRO League with 3 PRO points. If your points fall to zero, PRO status is removed and you return to Top Traders. To get back into the PRO League, you need to earn 3 points again.
Does PRO status guarantee future results?
No. PRO status only means the trader passed selection based on the results of weeks already completed. It does not guarantee future returns or that current results will hold. If a trader stops meeting the selection criteria, they gradually lose PRO points and can drop out of the PRO League.
How is the PRO League ranking calculated?
The PRO League result is calculated the same way as in Top Traders: profit for the period divided by the calculation base. The difference is the minimum base: in the PRO League it is $1,000, in Top Traders $100. Only traders with active PRO status and a positive result for the period take part in the PRO League ranking.
